EM Company operates from the same location at 2221 E. Southport Road we’ve been in since our doors opened on February 24, 1969. EM Company employees are committed to providing you the best service for commercial contracting in the greater Indianapolis area. The staff of 55 professionals collectively share 620 years of service experience in the industry. EM Company learned early on that flexibility is vital to ensuring outstanding service. We place a priority on hiring technicians capable of working on all makes of manufacturers’ equipment, allowing our team to grow to where it is today.
Employee safety is at the forefront of everything EM Company does. All of our employees undergo a 10-hour OSHA training program. OSHA training program is combined with mandatory daily and weekly toolbox talks to ensure a safe environment on every jobsite.
Meet the Owners!
Greg and Peggy Schaub have been married since March 22, 1975. They have two sons, seven grandchildren, two cats and a chocolate lab named Suzie. Greg started his career at EM Company in 1973. He quickly rose through the ranks and took over ownership 12 years later. When asked what they like to do in their free time, the Schaubs responded emphatically and in unison, “Spend time with our grandchildren!”
Greg and Peggy Schaub took over ownership of EM Company in 1985. The look of the office has changed over the years but the commitment to serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas remains steadfast. Greg and Peggy strived to create a family atmosphere within the company. They hoped it would expand into the local community, and it did. EM Company continues to build relationships with local churches, sponsor little league teams and regularly gets involved with community events.
